The Women's Thought Leadership Group (or WTLG) is a group of healthcare IT executives with a passion for making positive change within their industry. While a vast majority of the industry workforce is women, men make up over 80% of leadership positions.

This mark combines the W (representing Women), a DNA strand (representing Healthcare), and a butterfly (representing transformation). Its simplicity allows it to be worn as a pin or similar jewelry so that other WTLG members can easily recognize each other when in the field.
